You will need to have your V5c otherwise known as a logbook, we will also require any other documents relating to the car such as service history or MOT certificates.

Your vehicle can be in any condition as long as you describe it honestly to us.

How do i get a valuation?
Fill out the valuation request form. Take photos of each corner and side of your car including wheels and interior and we will do the rest.
Do you buy vehicles on finance?
Yes we need your settlement figure from the finance company. We will only pay the finance company direct as they are the legal owner, any remaining monies left over after the settlement will go to you.
Do you buy classic cars?
Yes we have a specialist in house buyer to appraise classic and super car’s.
Who can use your services?
Any one from the public or the trade can use our services.
Do you buy vehicles with cherished number plates?
We will value and purchase your vehicle with a private plate on it, but it is down to you to transfer it to another vehicle if you want to keep it.
Do you buy non running vehicle's?
Yes we buy any vehicle in any condition, just mention the starting issues when you appraise and describe.
I cant find my vehicle on your website
We have data on most vehicles on the UK roads. If it was registered over seas or manufactured before 1982 then please email or call us.
Is there any transaction fees?
No we hate Fees.
How do you make payment?
We pay the same day by bacs safely into your bank account after collection.
Can i sell a vehicle on behalf of a relative or friend?
Yes but we will require an email from the registered keeper on the V5c and we also require proof of identification such as driving licence or passport and utility bill within the last month.
What should i expect on my appointment?
Once you have booked an appointment with us, one of our trained car buyer pros will arrive and go through your appraisal checking it match’s the vehicle description you gave to us online. We will check all the paperwork you have then proceed to authorising payment.
What about road tax?
When you post back the yellow trade slip of the logbook the DVLA will automatically refund the remaining tax.
Do you buy imports?
Yes we buy imported vehicles from any country inc japan, please mention that your car is an import on your valuation.
Do you buy modified vehicles?
Yes but you must describe what modifications your car has in the description.
What does 'subject to inspection' mean?
Our online valuation quotation may differ from a physical inspection if you neglect to tell us something that may affect the vehicle’s value. We stress that its important you give us correct information when appraising your vehicle.
